Job description / Mission

1. Follow company policy to create and maintain customer master and credit master data in SAP

2. Check payments received against Customer Receivables, input all payment from FEBA to customer account in SAP everyday, ensure advance payment has been offset with the AR every month

3. Be responsible for periodic receivable statement to area distributors and credit customers, including monthly, quarterly & yearly and ensure all communication files and feedback can be archived properly

4. Prepare detailed bad debts list and provision for doubtful accounts list

5. Monitor customer payment and remaining credit limit, review and release blocked customer lists in SAP every workday

6. Chase customers & sales persons to settle all overdue invoices, and work closely with Accounting, Sales/Marketing, aftermarket and Logistic Department to investigate overdue payments and facilitate the payment therefore

7. Prepare AR related report, hold monthly AR meetings with Sales/Marketing Managers and BC, and follow up all actions after the meeting

8. Prepare all required documents with customer and AC Leasing, follow up all customer financing cases, such as: revise the application form, coordinate the customer and bank, chase the customer payment in every payment term

Experience Requirements

3 years in a same position in a foreign invested company is preferred, but not a must.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

At least college degree with basic accounting knowledge;

Personality requirements

Good command of English and PC skills.

Good communication skills.

Open mind and willing to work with others.

High level of discipline

Strong concern on quality and accuracy.
