Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in China by developing action plans;

通过制定行动计划，在中国达到或超过指定的销售目标；

To equip yourself with excellent product and application knowledge;

Keep and improve the customer satisfaction of current key accounts;

保持和提高大客户的满意度;

To develop distributors and establish a consolidated sales channel network in the assigned region;

在指定区域，发展经销商并建立统一的销售渠道网络；

Dealer performance review and distribution channel monitor, setup dealer develop program and cooperation with dealer;

经销商绩效考核和分销渠道监控，建立经销商发展计划与经销商合作；

Achieve or exceed assigned profit level by reviewing price,discount structure, cost control;

通过审核价格、折扣结构和成本控制，达到或超过指定的利润水平。

To provide timely and accurate sales, market and competitors information to the national sales manager;

向全国销售经理提供及时准确的销售、市场和竞争对手信息；

To organize the training of product technical sales skill to key account customers and distributors;

组织对主要客户和经销商进行产品技术培训；

Co-ordination with product ,aftermarket and logistics ;

与产品、售后、物流团队进行协调；

-To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers.

与售后市场团队互动，为客户提供良好的售后服务。

-To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.

与物流团队保持关系，确保机器的有序交付。

-To communicate with product team in obtaining product support.

与产品团队沟通以获得产品支持。

Control the price of the regional market in the best range;

控制本区域市场的价格在最佳区间;

Regional customer credit risk control to ensure that accounts receivable control the amount and number of days specified by the company;

区域客户信用风险控制，确保应收账款控制在公司规定的额度及天数；

Promote product promotion and brand development work.

推动产品推广及品牌发展工作。

Experience Requirements

工作经验要求：

More than 5-year experience in machinery sales of construction, drilling tool will be a plus.

5年以上机械制造、凿岩工具销售经验者优先。

Good computer skills including Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), and Lotus Notes is a plus.

良好的计算机技能，包括Microsoft技能(Word,Excel和Powerpoint)，Lotus Notes优先。

Knowledge / Educational requirements:

专业知识/学历要求：

University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent will be a plus.

大学本科或以上学历，机械工程师或相关专业优先。

Good English communication skill will be a plus.

良好的英语沟通能力。

Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
